Kairos Courses

Our courses and electives are taught through our online campus via video conference and audio conference lines, allowing students worldwide to interact with their instructors and peers, creating an engaging and dynamic learning experience. New students have the choice to participate in our programs in three ways:

- live sessions- Students follow the class schedule, interacting with other students and teachers in a live online classroom presentation. Live sessions, the student has the option to pay per course (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) ($300 USD)

- pre-recorded sessions- Students study at their own pace by utilizing past pre-recorded sessions. Student pays per course in full and completes homework, etc. ($300 USD)

- mentorship- Our mentorship option is a program called "Me Time," designed for alumni and or attending students who desire to be further discipled on a more personal level. Student pays per session ($100 USD) in addition to their tuition payments, following the schedule of their mentor. "Me Time" is 1hr. unless the mentor gives a longer time.

Whatever your need to excel, KUII has a program for you.

As a Kairos student, you will need the following to participate:

Access to the internet with a video camera for video conference capabilities
A Bible, unless specified by the facilitator
Writing utensils for note-taking
Telephone (for those using teleconference lines to listen to sessions)

Kairos Electives

Our Kairos Electives provide a greater degree of depth and balance to biblical learning and life skills. Each Kairos student has the option to choose two electives to add to their choice of degree programs. Electives are designed to give our students a much broader outlook and experience in ministry.

Transfer Credits

Coming from another accredited college? You can transfer your credits to our university, as long as the transferred credits correlate with our course offerings. Transcripts will be needed to complete the transfer credit process.

Honorary Degrees & Doctorates

Honorary degrees and or Doctorates are offered to those who have accumulated experience and previous education related to the desired degree, three character references (educational, business, and family), and a donation of no less than 2,000 USD towards our scholarship program must be provided. Video questionnaire and presentation provided to the KUII board. Honorary degrees and or doctorates can only be approved by the Kairos University International Inc. Board of Admittance.

Licensing & Ordination

This program is designed for those who have not been licensed and/or ordained and are not affiliated with any other local or national church organization. To receive licensing and ordination through Kairos University International Inc., interested candidates who are not non-ministerial must complete our Master's Degree program (12 courses) and submit three character reference letters from the requested sources.

Course Assignments

We know that learning requires dedication and hard work, which is why we assign weekly homework, quizzes, mid-terms, and final exams as a part of the final grade. Our grading policy includes giving progress reports to help students track their achievements. All students receive report cards at the end of each semester, highlighting their grades and overall performance in each course. At Kairos University International Inc., we are committed to providing our students with the best possible education and feedback to encourage them to stay the course.

Grading Schedule

All homework assignments are provided by the course facilitator and must be completed and turned in each week,

no later than the day of your next online class unless approved by the course facilitator.

Student’s final grades are comprised of the entire following list.

Grade Scale: A-F

Homework: 4 per month

Quizzes: 1 per month

Midterm: 1 per school yr.

Final Exam: 1 per school year

Progress Report: 1 per semester

Report Card: 1 per school yr.

Recommendations & Scholarships

We are proud to support our students seeking higher educational and career endeavors in the religious arena by offering letters of recommendation. We provide personalized recommendations based on your unique qualifications and aspirations.

We believe that everyone should have access to quality education, regardless of their financial situation. Our training center is committed to providing scholarships to individuals who are eager to learn and improve their skills but may not have the financial means to do so. These scholarships are awarded on an annual basis, based on the available funding.

Master's Degree Program

Our Master's Degree program emphasizes affordable, flexible education and training to help students achieve their ministry goals. Each Kairos Course (12 courses) is offered for 12 weeks (3 months) at $300.00 per month, per course. With flexible payment options, you can choose to pay weekly, biweekly, monthly, or in full. Pay as you go at your own pace.

Length: 1 year

Cost: $3,600 USD

Registration ($25.00 USD): Reserves a floating seat in your desired Kairos Course

Administration ($75.00 USD): Application Fee & Decree Paperwork

Graduation ($75.00 USD): Cap & Gown

Doctorate Programs

Doctorate of Ministry (DM)

A professional ministry doctorate that focuses on applying biblical knowledge to lifestyle practice.

Length: 1year.

Cost: $4,800 USD - $400 per month (12 months)

($4,800 wo/Masters) (1,200 w/Masters)

Registration ($75.00 USD) reserves a seat

*(for approved applicants) in the degree program for 6 months.

D.O.M. RAG Fee Total

Requirments:

- Must have a Master's Degree from Kairos University or another accredited bible university.

- 12 completed ministry essays. (1 per month)

- 3 video presentations (2 research, 1 questionnaire w/KUII Board)

Doctorate Systematic Theology (PhD)

An academic doctorate that focuses on original research and contributes new knowledge to the field.

Length 2.5 years (2 yrs 6 months)

Cost: $7,380 USD - $300 USD per month

Registration: ($300 USD)

Admin Application: ($100 USD)

Graduation ($450 USD) *Cap & Gown

Requirements:

- Must have a Master's Degree from Kairos University International or another accredited bible university.

- Online class participation

- video presentations: (6 research, 2 questionnaire w/KUII faculty & board members)

Please note: Registration must be completed online. All R.A.G. fees are non-refundable and must be paid up front to enter the program. Program tuition must be paid in full before graduation in order to complete our program and receive the desired degrees.

Kairos Graduation

All Kairos University International Inc. students are invited to join us at the upcoming 2026 graduation to honor those who have participated and/or are graduating from the University. The 2026 KUII Graduation will be held a month after classes have ended.

Each graduating student receives the following;

Prayer & prophetic impartations by Kairos Presbytery
Autographed book/manual from Dean, Apostle Detrick L. Gaskins

Kairos Assemblies

These gatherings are held each year and provide an opportunity for all our students and facilitators to come together and fellowship under one banner of love. During this time, each student will be granted the opportunity to network and strengthen bonds of friendship with their sister and brothers in Christ from around the world. We invite special guest speakers and also offer prophetic impartations. This gathering is not mandatory, but instead a special invitation for community building worldwide.
